How billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Throngwatch, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Arsenii Maksymenko.
You can cancel Throngwatch at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid — the current billing period and any prepaid credits — are non-refundable. This Refund Policy, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Arsenii Maksymenko, forms part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service — in particular the billing and cancellation clause there.
1. Billing & renewals
Paid plans and credits are charged through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Fees are charged in advance, are stated at the point of purchase, and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your paid plan until then and are not charged again.
3. Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid — including the current or already-started billing period and any prepaid credit purchases — are non-refundable.
4. Statutory withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK consumers)
Where you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days — but by starting to use a paid digital service immediately you may be asked to acknowledge that this right ends once performance has begun.
5. Prepaid credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable once bought. See the plan page for how credits work and what each credit covers.
6. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.
7. Payment processor
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which may act as merchant or reseller of record. Any additional buyer-protection terms it provides also apply to your purchase.
