FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the bot capture message content, or just metadata?
Both, depending on the feature. Activity charts, retention, and growth trends run on metadata — who posted, in which channel, at what time — with no message text required. AI analysis (opt-in, credit-based) reads and stores message text to generate your report. That content is kept only as long as your scan needs it, then permanently deleted when you remove the scan, disconnect the server, or close your account. We never capture DMs.
Can the bot see direct messages (DMs) between my members?
No. Discord's API does not give server bots access to direct messages. DMs are a private channel type the bot is never part of — there's no mechanism to access them, by Discord's design.
What happens to my data if I remove the bot or close my account?
Message data is deleted or reduced to anonymous aggregates when you delete a scan, disconnect a server, or close your account. You can also request immediate deletion by contacting support at any time. GDPR right-to-erasure requests from your members are processed within 30 days.
Does the bot sell our server's data?
No. We don't sell data to third parties. The product is funded entirely through subscriptions and credit purchases. Anonymous, non-identifiable aggregate patterns may inform product improvements, but nothing is tied to your server or your members.
Does the AI analysis train on our server's messages?
No. Your message data is used to generate your report and then discarded. We process AI through providers with contractual commitments against training on customer data. Your content is never used to improve any model or shared with other customers.
How much does it cost?
Analytics are free, forever. AI analysis runs on credits: you get 3 free at signup, then either top up with credit packs (from $2/credit, cheaper on paid plans) as you go or pick a monthly plan with credits included — paid plans start at $7/mo. One credit covers a full AI analysis of roughly 1,000 messages. No contract — you pay only when you analyze.
Will this predict a review bomb before it happens?
No — and we won't pretend to. We give you the structured breakdown of dissent after a controversy you already know about: who's upset, about what, and how concentrated the voices are. That's a decision you can defend; a prediction isn't.
Which languages does it handle?
The analysis reads whatever language your community writes in, and you choose the language the report itself is written in — English, Ukrainian, or Auto (match your server's content). Set a default for your account; each server can override it, and a server follows its owner's choice by default.
